The Arrueda brand of cycling clothes brand was born in 2014, created by lovers of cycling. Their idea was for elegant, daring, unique designs for getting out on the bicycle with exclusive and quality clothes. All their products are manufactured by hand and in Spain, collaborating with local suppliers and offering a manufacturing time that is acceptable to the customer.
They try to go one step further in choosing fabrics, stamping, cutting and sewing. From the beginning they have opted to look for high quality materials, taking care of every details as if it were an obsession, in order to create the best possible garment for the cyclist every time.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
