BLB took care of all that, they offered individual customization for each of their customers to assemble their unique fixie bikes. Due to the high demand for components for these bikes, they decided to start manufacturing their own parts under the name BLB. Later, they incorporated new brands to expand the range of components they offered, and with this they created their particular Big Mama distribution channel.
Currently, BLB uses this distribution channel to offer their customers all of their products, as well as all the brands that they have available.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
