The nutrition in cycling along with your preparation and physical abilities, is a fundamental component if you use your bicycle for training or competition. It is not the same going for a casual bicycle ride as going out for a 4 hour trek on the road or in the mountains. We have to eat well and hydrate ourselves properly.
