Santafixie complete wheels include tires, tubes, rim tape and sprockets (rear wheel), and are assembled by hand by our mechanics in the Santafixie facility.

The sealed Santafixie hub ensures a smooth and reliable ride, while the stainless spokes provide added strength and stability.
With a size of 13C-622 (700C), this wheel is compatible with a wide range of bikes and is suitable for use with front brakes. The Chaoyang Mini Shark puncture protection 700x25C tyres provide excellent grip and durability, making them ideal for both urban and off-road cycling. An inner tube is also included, making it easy to get your new wheel up and running in no time.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
