VEGAST represents the Rotor brand's victories in the Tour de France, the Spanish Vuelta and the Giro de Italia: The great peaks of these great tours are the Veleta, the Galibier and the Stelvio., hence the name of the VEGAST cranks.
Direct Mount technology features a proprietary spline interface connecting crank arm, axle and chainring allowing you to easily assemble and disassemble your crankset with only one bolt.
Crafted using expert CNC processes, VEGAST includes the Trinity Drilling System, with three internal holes from axle to pedal, giving the dual benefit of an exceptionally light crank with superior stiffness to take on the most challenging rides.
Rotor Component Technologies was founded in the School of Aeronautical Engineering in Madrid in 1995. The designers decided to stablish a company to complete this product development and start a business venture. The early version of the ROTOR System became available in 1998, being manufactured by the Spanish high end component manufacturer.
In 2001 they launched the RCK so all cyclists could take advantage of the biomechanical benefits offered by ROTOR System using a conventional bicycle frame. In 2015 the company took a huge step by introducing the oval shaped chainring.
The aim of the company is to offer solutions for cyclists and to improve the performance of bicycles with help of high technology. The cyclists find problems and propose innovative solutions. They have repeatedly demonstrated that with technologies like the ALMA (Appropiate Lightweight Material Aplication) and the CCC (Closed Clamp Concept), the bicycle market can be revolutionized by fresh and powerful ideas.
Professional cyclists, world champions, teams of the UCI and cycling enthusiasts use the ROTOR products in their competitions and trainings. The evolution in the products comes from information provided by cyclists themselves.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
