Our own brand of bicycles and frames is a combination of our experience, your feedback and our will to keep on and explore cities. Here you have our first model – Raval. It’s the neighbourhood in which everything started, where we have long brainstormed and because it’s a defining part of the culture, treasures and shape of our favourite city – Barcelona.
The Santafixie RAVAL 2S model is very light because its frame and fork are made with 6061 aluminium, a tough and strong variety. It's mounted with a SHIMANO NEXUS SG-3C41 hub with 3 integrated speeds and a coaster brake. Gears are changed by turning the included handlebar shift lever. If you pedal backwards, the coaster brake is activated and you brake the bike. This wheel includes 22t sprockets.
You can also choose amongst four different handlebar styles: riser, drop, straight and bullhorn bars.

Contemporary explorers from over 30 countries, that made us realize that it’s time to keep growing and do our bit to build our ideal tomorrow – more bikes inside cities in order to create a better world.
This bicycle comes in a well protected box, about 80% assembled. The most complicated is already mounted from the factory and the rest is quite easy to do. You will have to place the front wheel, the pedals, the saddle and adjust the handlebar.
At the top you will see a video where one of our mechanics explains in a few simple steps how to correctly assemble this. If you do not feel confident to finish the assembly, we recommend you take the bicycle to a nearby bicycle store/workshop for a specialist to complete the bicycle build.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
