Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.

We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com or through the customer service telephone number +44 (0)14 7042 2050 (from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted. You must also enclose a copy of the order confirmation you received in your email and the Returns Form, which can be downloaded in the previous paragraph.
