When it comes to application, we recommend degreasing the chain completely before using the product for the first time. Simply shake the bottle and apply the Ecolube to the rollers on the inside of the dry chain while turning the cranks. Once all the links are completely white, stop adding lube and let it dry completely before riding, especially in wet conditions. It's important to never lubricate just before riding, even if you oiled the chain the day before and the first application was dry.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
