Mavic Ellipse Track Wheelset - Black

Mavic Ellipse wheels incorporate the latest advances in rim design. They've been improved with a light rim extrusion that make them even more responsive. The Ellipse has been developed in conjunction with the UCI World Cycling Center. Medium and high range wheels designed for training and competition.

These rims offer minimum air resistance, thanks to their 30mm deep welded profile and only 20 ultra bladed spokes on each wheel, which reduce their weight considerably. The front wheel is radially spoked and the rear one is cross-radiated to obtain maximum strength. Both wheels have double sealed cartridge bearings (QRM +) and the rear hub is double threaded, which allows two fixed gears at a time.
